Where is everyone?

So it seems that we have quite a few members in the clan. Several are active most of hte time. However, most members dont get on raidcall while online. This is supposed to be a requirement of the clan. I would also like to see more platoon work going on since that will drastically help improve peoples team play abilities and strategies.

Don't worry man, I am back from vacation as i have warned people... I WILL be busting heads about this rule. I do not require that anyone talks on it and i have set our group up accordingly for all types. There will be no exceptions being made to this.

As a clan we NEED to focus more on platoons. This tool is vital to learngin teamwork and cooperation. If clanmates are not wiling to platoon up with others with same tier tanks then that person should rethink their value to the clan. I run platoons every night I am online, this helps with win ratio, kill ratio, survival ratio. ANYONE who needs my help just has to ask.
